Nacho s’mores

  • 1/2 of 400g box of graham cookies
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of mini-marshmallows
  • 8 big marshmallows
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) roasted sliced almonds (Optional)
  • 1 bag of Freddo milk chocolate squares with caramel filling (200 g)
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Irish Cream (Baileys or O ’ Casey' s)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of strawberries sliced in half
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of raspberries
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of blueberries
  • A couple mint leaves, to your liking.


  1. Preheat the barbecue grill medium temperature.
  2. In a cast iron pan or aluminum tray, deposit the Graham cookies. Garnish with marshmallows, almonds and half of the Freddo chocolate squares (7 to 10 bite-size squares).
  3. On the hot barbecue grill, deposit the pan with nacho preparation . Close the cover and cook 4 to 7 minutes, until cookies are browned and until marshmallows and chocolate are both melted.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the rest of the chocolate bites with the Irish Cream in a double boiler.
  5. Garnish the preparation with fruit, melted chocolate and mint leaves.
