Freddo Milk chocolate cut into pieces 80 g (approx. 2 3 ⁄ 4 oz)
1 rectangular angel cake cut into eight slices, 1 cake of 220 g

Preheat barbecue to medium power.
If desired, bake the cake slices 5 seconds on each side on the hot, oiled grill.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with sugar and vanilla.
Spread mascarpone on four of the cake slices. . Garnish with strawberries and chocolate.
Cover with remaining slices of cake. Press lightly. Place in an aluminium tray.
Turn off one of the barbecue burners. Place the tray on the hot grill above the burner that was turned off for indirect cooking. Close the lid and bake for 4 to 7 minutes, until the chocolate begins to melt.
