350 g (about 3/4 lb) of Freddo dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 box of sweetened condensed milk of 300 ml
250 ml (1 cup) chopped pretzels
180 ml (3/4 Cup) caramel spread
250 g (about 1/2 lb) Freddo white chocolate chips
In a microwaveable dish, heat the dark chocolate, the sweetened condensed milk for 1-2 minutes, until the chocolate is melted.
In a bowl, mix half of the pretzels with 80 ml (1/3 cup) of caramel spread.
Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square mold with a sheet of parchment and pour half of the dark chocolate mixture. Spread the caramel pretzels on the chocolate. Cover with the rest of the chocolate preparation.
In another bowl, microwave the remainder of the sweetened condensed milk with 80 ml (1/3 cup) of caramel spread and white chocolate until it is melted. Evenly spread into the mould.
In a bowl, mix the remainder of the caramel spread with the pretzels. Spread over the white chocolate.
Refrigerate from 2 to 3 hours. Cut into 16 squares.
