Banana, pear, chocolate and crumble dessert jar

Ingredients

  • 6 dry chocolate cookies
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pear
  • Lemon juice 15 ml (1 tbsp.)
  • Freddo milk chocolate chips - 100 g
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) butter
  • 2 tbsp. (30 ml) honey
  • 60 ml (1/4 Cup) milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 º C (350 º F).
  2. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix them with butter. Spread this preparation on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Cut bananas and dice pear. Mix with lemon juice and honey. Distribute in four jars.
  4. In a saucepan, boil the milk. Remove from fire.
  5. Add chocolate to hot milk. Stir until chocolate is melted and then coat each jar. Garnish each portion of crumble.
